1.Lamp quality inspection

Inspect the quality of led diode fixing & gold wires welding with microscope.

2.Color temperature selection

*test the luminous flux & color temperature of LED bulbs

*pick up the bulbs which have different color temperature

3.PCB board test

Test circuit board and LED light

4.Semi-finished product test

Light up test before assembling the cover and waterproof ring.

5.Double aging test

*First Aging Test: 2 hours

*Second Aging Test: 2 hours

6.100% waterproof test

All LED put in water over 2 hours.

7.QC before packing
